CREAW WHISTLE-BLOWER POLICY 

Introduction 

At CREAW, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all our operations. Our Whistle-blower Policy is an integral part of our Code of Ethics & Business Conduct, ensuring that all members including Board members, Directors, employees, partners, stakeholders, and program participants, can report any actual or potential violations without fear of reprisal. 

 

Purpose 

The CREAW Whistle-blower Policy is established in accordance with Section 6, subsection 21 of the Kenya Bribery Act, No. 47 of 2016. This policy provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting concerns related to: 

  • Violations of legal and regulatory requirements 
  • Misrepresentation of financial statements and reports 
  • Conflicts of interest 
  • Unethical conduct or behavior 

Our objective is to foster an environment where concerns can be raised freely and addressed promptly, thereby safeguarding our organization’s integrity and reputation.
